We are all lucky to live in a very exciting time where we have access to so much information when it comes to health, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle thanks to the Google! However, this often leave us overwhelmed because most of the information tends to be contradictory and too complicated.
On top of that, much of the information out there is perpetuating outdated theories, myths and quackery. Yikes! In the midst of all of this, scientific facts and latest research often gets lost. We are here to change that.
